While I was playing gta4 i got an achievement and it made me think that we should do it on CW as well

In your stats it would say congrats you have been awarded the "Im not a noob" award
and then in your profile you will get a little badge for getting past level 10
other achievements could be,
account from day 1
donated money
earned 1 mil
certain key levels
joined a gang
gang owner
gang coowner
beat someone of higher level
max intent
max hacking
speeds reached certain levels

if you think of others, feel free to list

the badges in your profile would have to be made, but they could be something small like 20x20 with alt text saying what the achievement is

Ok i copied a bunch of achievements from matrix online (its ok cause the axed the game)
