shouldnt be hard to code, even if they leave the gang they can still win the lotto. just make sure its coded so i cant buy into another teams lotto

What's wrong with CW lotto? And it can be done unofficially easily enough.

Perhaps of there were an integrated lotto system that tracked the gang members' donations, it would ease the requirements on the gang leaders and prevent errors. Our gang uses a ticket system with seperate values for ECs, CDs and WEBs. If the automated lotto system allowed a gang chief to set the values for this ticket system they could spend more time motivating members to donate. Gang donations are vital to the strength and longevity of that gang.
