So I was thinking, if I was a pizza delivery boy, and I failed my job, that would come out of my pocket (the pizza ofc) therefore, shouldn't there also be some type of penelty for failing your intent job, even if 10% of the job possible reward, it would be more realistic, I think this update would add a new level of realism in CW.

For a start why would we want more realism in CW? What parts of CW are realistic really? There's one major thing you're not thinking of, if you fail at your job delivering pizzas it's usually through some fault of your own, where as if you fail at an intent job it's because of an arbitrary possibility decided by numbers you can't do anything about. More importantly how are new players supposed to catch up if they get punished for failing jobs regularly(which they will)

And if you fail twice => Kick from your Job .. hehehe, you want that too ??

The profit from Job are so small ... why bother making it harder

Why not, shock horror increase the job payout ? Or have the job payout reflect on level...

Luffy: Meh, with jobs the penalty is loss of the intent with no skill gain. Annoying enough. Getting the old job system from OTCW would be nice though... if Andi remembers it.

*Agrees with Michelle*

Leave the jobs alone, unless you're improving them. This wouldn't improve them.
