Pay out for killing/hacking

Alright this has been something that has been bugging me for a while but...

You have defeated link1n. Gained 43 EXP and 4 credits. (Someone higher level, higher rank than me) I believe gang tax is at 90%

You have defeated Chinadoll. Gained 5 EXP and 347 credits. (Someone lower level, lower rank than me) I still believe gang tax is at 90%

See the problem? The game should be more rewarding with the payouts when you attack and win higher than you whether it is in rank or in levels.
It can't be just me that thinks this is messed up.

You get more experience points killing higher level than lower level. Payouts are random and depends on the players money-at-hand.

See, it should be the otherway around, with the lowest possible number being 1

even though I somewhat agree, think about it this way
you hack someone better than you so you manage to get way more experienced in doing so, but you didn't manage to steal anything

It's coded this way in order to balance out the system. You get to have the choice whether you hack for money or experience. If you opt for the previous, then go hack level 1's if you want the latter then go for higher levels. You can't have both. ;) . The only thing that is messed up imo is when somebody hacks you and then they lose. You should get like a considerable amount of experience or money.

There used to be that, how ever it was exploited for suiciding on someone to boost them, and with the 5minute heal it would be even easier to do that.

Well, there is NO P2P anymore so that should prevent it, but I'd expect other people will be visiting gangs for a brief period if that came back.

Another ideia is:

random CD's (1 to 10.000 cd's)
random EXP (1 to 100)x[1/(your level - enemy level)]

increase:
random webs (1 to 500)
