What happened to the bonus energy of +5 every 10 at 400 kills? Does it work for 600kills?

Its not fine +5 every 15 minutes is 200 kills. 400 kills get +5 per 10 mins.

There are very rare occasions when the bonus doesn't change. Send me a notice when happens.
