Exactly, being dead has no meaning now. There is now no point in monitoring whether or not someone is alive to hack them repeatedly because you just wait the 5minutes.
While before it was an hour, the game was much larger. I'm in favour of 20minutes, but 30minutes has more practical application than 5minutes so its a good compromise in my opinion

I think a set time would be better, an nice even split between 5 and 30

Like this counted when the auto-heal was one hour...

Actually, yeah. Before it would cost the person webs or cd to heal so they would have to question is it worth it, so they might stay dead for the rest of the hour, but with how it is now, they get to be back to life in 5 minutes regardless of whether they want to or not, and it just cost you a bunch more energy to try and keep them down when they aren't even having to try and come back to life.

Yes, random would be awesome.

I just voted and didn't give much thought about it so I voted 5 mins, however I actually agree with Prince, so if it's possible I'd like to change my vote to 30 mins.

From what I recall, that was one of the original ideas for it. Something like: 12 to 15% repair every 5 minutes. But it never got taken past the "just repair the entire firewall every 5 minutes" part.

5min or 10min max.

I opt for something original. Thanks to the simplicity of the LAMP stack, and our progress over 15 years of keeping it, virtually the same; perhaps this vote should become a part of the game.

How about the auto-reboot time be contingent upon the present poll. This would open up a new realm of strategy in the way of gang wars, and quite possibly other unforeseen aspects of the game.

Ok, lousy idea, but ask yourself, what-if for a second, or a few minutes if you can scrape that up, and see if anything jumps up at you to share!! i think it would be best if all would learn to spark their imagination without the need for diesel fuel...
