Hey guys I'm back with a bunch more news. Sorry for the almost 2 day delay, a lot has happened this week in my personal life that prevented me from getting this done. I guess i could explain a little. First of all I have 3 relatives in the hospital basically waiting to die. I just had a week of finals in high school. And to top it all I got a detention for skipping a period of school. So great week for me but now onto CW...

Well the first thing I'd like to bring up is the appearance of a strange new Staff member ID 666, that appeared after Skip disappeared. I asked quite a few people about this and i got about 20 different rumours. All from (666) being starfg, to them being AR or Antimatter Redneck. I would like to inform everyone that it isn't either of these two, but i will not release who it is. They can do that as they wish.

Aside from that as this week marked the first month of NCW we've come with a little issue. The people that didn't start on the first day are sadly not 25 days old. Now noone can hack anyone they can kill or so some have whined and moaned about. Now there's two sides to this scenario of course; the person who is trying to hack and the one who isn't(less than 25 days old). Basically you have to step back and look at the big picture. Would you like to be farmed when you're trying to catch up to everyone that has been playing for so much longer than you? Also at this point of the game i don't see 25 days being very fair as the game is only at 30 or so. But regardless this didn't come back to NCW it was never taken out so don't blame the Admins, it's just how it rolls.

Ah so lets talk about the epic gang war that DD and OSX went through this past week. Now there were many complaints and defenses. First of all most people disagree with the tactics that DD used. By that i'm talking about members leaving DD in order to make it so OSX couldn't complete their 1k war in time. I have two things to say to this, 1 most people do anything in their power to win, and this tactic breaks no rule in the TOS to this given day, 2 I actually believe since you cannot start a certain amount gang war without the right amount of members in both gangs, if either gang's number of members goes below the req amount that gang automatically forfeits. That's just what i think about that.

So everytime i'm sitting in chat kinda zoning out, I always see at least one person, most of the time every person complaining about getting busted for hacking. So i sit there and listen to "this can't be right it says i have 56% chance and I've failed 26 times". Here's what i got to say to that, So? 56% means you have that percent chance to get past the first part of the Hack, then you have another 56% chance to actually finish the hack. This means you basically have a 25% or around there to complete the hack. Now when i see people complaining about this when they are trying CIA when it's only 35% I just ignore it, because I mean comeon don't whine about your choice, you don't have to hack CIA for the .75 IQ. Lyn's Computer is more fun anyways you get to see pron on the way out ;P

So there's a fellow named Mojo in jail for making multis. Some believe he should be removed from the top 100 because of this. I don't see why he should exactly. Only reason i would think people want this is because they want to 1 up their rank. Not a big deal IMO i mean eventually since his points wont move anyways you're gonna pass him.

Rusty's weekly report: Although DDs and CDs have strengthened (although DDs have had a boost), they are weaker on the markets, which may create some tension. WS have strengthened on both, yet the asymmetry is still a long way off.
Tip of the week: Keep buying webs! And watch out for repercussions on the EC.

So all in all CW was very lively this week. Of course we had the usual drama with Trin and mark in chat, and don't forget forums. I hope you guys all had a nice read. Look for the next news report next week around this time.
