You should make the chances of success be easier since the cap is 500.

I'm in this camp. Probably should be made harder so that it takes the same amount of time (although there is also the possibility that the admins will increase the cap as they did before, which takes a heap of energy out of the game when they need to, eg if EC prices get too low (don't laugh, it could happen
