To me, It is worth is after a success rate of 60% or higher...

The question is then how do you get your 60%? (I'm assuming you aren't going to get 1500 IQ...)

Well, I recommend either training hacking, or Hacking CIA, and spending all other energy at the Study

55%, I dunno whats is WH's base, if its 5%, you got your 60%.

Personally, no i will never do WH, 3000 bus for 1% is er....takes more time, and i will not train hacking anyway.
This game deserves a better class of Net Guards...I'm gonna give it to 'em.

500 hacking = 250 IQ
150+250= 400 IQ
I'll take the reduced time in training IQ thanks ;) But yea, just checking that people agreed the WH is now useless. Thanks for the response.

Well with max hacking you get like 58% or something if you could increase max hacking to 750-1000 it would make WH worthwhile
