Well first of all a business should be exactly that! A business, why would i join someones business to help them when i get nothing in return? other then to work for them. Back when i ran CD i offered month or weekly wages for active workers using their intent that gave people an incentive to join and work.

So you would be without a business wasting your intent on nothing until you get your own rather than helping out a friend by raising your intent skill?
